When will my order ship out?

We do our best to process and ship your Morkas as soon as we can, usually 1-3 business days processing time. During holidays, this can be slightly extended. If you placed your order during the weekend or on a holiday, we’ll start processing your order on the following business day. You should receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships out. Tracking should be done on the carrier website.

How do I track my order?

Please refer back to your shipping confirmation email to find your tracking number. Tracking should be done on the carrier website.

If you have an account with us, you can also check your order status by logging into your account and clicking into your order information. If you did not receive a confirmation email with the tracking number, please contact us so we can help you track your order.

Can I return my order?

Of course! If you don’t love you Morkas, you can return them back to us within 30 days of purchase as long as they are in new, unworn condition, free of damages and in the original packaging. We do not cover the cost of return shipping but you can send your return back to us with whichever carrier you like. Please obtain proof of postage and a tracking number with whichever carrier you choose so you can follow along with the return and we can confirm that it has been delivered. Original shipping, duties, taxes, and customs fees are non-refundable. We will only reimburse the cost of the merchandise.
Sale items are not available for return.

How do I return an item?

Please email us with your order number at help@morkasshoes.com to get started on your return. We will provide you with a return address and RMA form to include in your package that contains your order information so we can credit you upon receipt of your return. Once we receive the package we will proceed to reimburse you through your PayPal account.
Original shipping, duties, taxes, and customs fees are non-refundable. We will only reimburse the cost of the merchandise. Sale items are not available for return.

How do I change an item?

You can change them back to us within 10 days of purchase. Please email us at help@morkasshoes.com with your order number and the new model / color / size you would like to change to get started on your transaction. We will provide you with a return address and RMA form to include in your package that contains your order information so we can proceed with your change. Changes are free of cost, once we receive your package we will proceed to send the new pair for you.

Does my Morkas have guarantee?

Yes! We will change or reimburse your Morkas if they did not arrive in shape during the first 30 days from receipt date. For purchases made on us.morkasshoes.com, please email us at help@morkasshoes.com with a description of the issue along with pictures and will be more than happy to assist you. If you purchased from a different website or retailer, please contact your place of purchase.

What forms of payments does Morkas accept?

Us.morkasshoes.com accepts only PayPal payment for now. Reimbursement will only be through PayPal.

Do you ship internationally?

Sadly no, currently we are unable to process and ship orders to destinations outside of the United States
